KAYD Home Care provides person centered supports that help build valuable skills and support meaningful participation in activities that are important to the person and allow for independent growth.

These Residential and Independent Habilitation services include but are not limited to:

  • Shopping and Meal Preparation: Assistance with grocery shopping and meal preparation to support balanced, nourishing meals at home.
  • Housekeeping: Support with household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
  • Medical Support: Health monitoring, medication management, appointment support, treatments and follow up care.
  • Recreational and Leisure Activities: Engaging activities that foster social connections, spark creativity, and support overall well-being.

Our Day Habilitation services encourage meaningful daily activities, social engagement, and job skill development, supporting personal enrichment and professional success.
