We offer our assistance to the brave men and women who once risked their lives to protect our freedom. 
Services are designed to benefit honorable veterans or their surviving spouses to receive care under the Veteran’s Care Program.

About Services

Eligibility

To be eligible for Supportive Services in Bismarck, North Dakota or any of the nearby locations, the veteran or the veteran’s surviving spouse must meet the criteria listed below:

  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Basic housekeeping
  • Personal care
  • Mobility support
  • Companionship
Services Included:
We do all within our capacity to help a client qualify for these services under the Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits.
Mobility support
Staff can assist with transportation to appointments, community events, or religious services.
Personal care
Our staff can provide support with bathing/showering. We can also provide assistance with day-to-day personal hygiene. They can assist with toileting and provide incontinences care.
Basic housekeeping
Our staff can assist with shopping tasks, personal laundry tasks, and some basic housekeeping needs. this can range from cleaning the clients' personal spaces and picking up after the client.
Assistance with activities of daily living
Our staff can assist with meal preparations, including direct assistance or assistance with feeding tubes. Physical activity is important. Our staff are trained to assist using a variety of adaptive equipment.
Companionship
By staff being present to converse and do activities together, there is the prevention of feeling isolated. Staff can assist to keep the client active in the community by assisting with transportation to community events and religious services.
